Look, we stand behind our gear the way a bison stands in the middle of a highway — completely unbothered and fully committed.

If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. No drama, no disappearing into the wilderness, no leaving you on read.

We'll take care of you if:

• 📦 We sent you the wrong item (we're human, it happens — unlike the bears, we apologize)
• 💀 Your order showed up damaged or defective

What we need from you: Hit us up at howdy@thecopperbison.co within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. That's it. We're not gonna make you fill out a form in triplicate.

⚠️ A word on washing your shirt: These tees are tough, but they're not invincible — kind of like you on mile eight. Follow the care instructions included with your order or that shirt's gonna look worse than you did at the summit. We can't refund poor laundry decisions. 🧺
